Description
Quatermain and his companions take on the great Zulu warrior Umslopogaas as a guide in their search for a white race believed to live inland from Zanzibar. As they make their way up river into the heart of Africa, the adventurers are attacked by the dreaded Masai, and their canoe is sucked into the extraordinary subterranean tunnel where monster crabs lurk (back cover).
